Short Class 182: Shoulder Extension Variations (educational)
10 - 20 minutes
•
8m 50s
This is an educational class that will breakdown some alternative bases for Shoulder Extension PAILs/RAILs.
Everyone has different limitations, so a base that feels good for one person might not feel great for someone else. I hope this video helps offer you some variety so you can find a base that feels good for you. And remember - always give yourself some freedom to play around with each base to find a position that works best for your body specifically. You can play around with slightly different angles and positions to find what works for you. Every base has a general starting point, but it’s not meant to be strict or done just one exact way, play around with the bases and see what works best for you!
I hope this was helpful!
