This is a hip circuit where all movements are done from the side-lying base
No equipment needed.
In this class we’ll flow through several different hip movements all within the side-lying base. If the pace of the class feels too fast, feel free to pause the video and go at your own pace.
We do 1 round total in this class. If you feel like you have the capacity to do 2 rounds, you can checkout Short Class 187, which is the same exact thing but we do 2 full rounds instead of 1.
