New Classes For October
Here are the new additions for October: Advanced Full Body Circuit, Advanced Knee CARs, Training Weaknesses (Educational), and new programs.
These are the new programs: Advanced Ultimate SHORT 2x and 5x, Advanced Lower Body + Spine 4x, Advanced Hip, Lower Back, and Knee SHORT 3x, Advanced Full Body 3x and 4x, Intermediate Lower Back and Hip 2x.
