A low intensity and short class for the low back
Equipment Needed: A stick. I personally using a 5ft ‘Stick Mobility’ stick, which you can checkout here:

This session is a great way to warm up your low back before other forms of activities like running, weight lifting, or gardening, sports, etc. You can also treat this class as a standalone option for those days you're limited on time and want to get a 'snack' sized mobility session for the low back.
