This is a hip circuit where all movements are done from a seated position on a chair
Equipment Needed: Just a chair to sit on
This is the same exact class as Short Class 188, but we do 2 rounds in this class compared to 1 round in that class.
In this class we’ll flow through several different hip movements all while sitting on a chair. If the pace of the class feels too fast, feel free to pause the video and go at your own pace.
