Class 32: Front and Middle Splits Combo (Advanced)

In this class we’ll target both the front and middle splits.
Equipment Needed: Yoga blocks, tennis ball (optional), and some type of anchor to place in front of your feet for your middle splits (I’ll be using kettlebells).
This video will feature two previously recorded classes that are edited together, so it’s a combination of two classes.
This is an advanced class — I would recommend at least 4-6 months of Kinstretch experience before doing this class.
