Hip and Low Back butter
Equipment Needed: Yoga blocks, and something to elevate your leg on (I’m using a chair with a cushioned pad).
For those interested in the cushion pad I'm using, here is the one I bought:

This is a circuit class where we work one movement after another, alternating between hip and low back specific movements.
The low back and hips are typically areas of tightness and stiffness for people, so a class like this is a perfect fit to help butter these areas up.
As always, listen to your body and go at your own pace. If you need to slow the pace down, or take breaks in-between movements, that’s totally okay! You can always pause the video and take your time.
I hope you feel extra buttery after this one!

Abduction is one of my favorite bases to PAILs/RAILs because your hips feel so open and free afterwards (but also tender). The modified cossack base is a spicy one!
