A circuit for the Pelvis -- focusing on anterior and posterior pelvic tilt
No equipment needed.
In this class we'll do a series of exercises for the pelvis. The goal is to develop greater pelvic control and to strengthen the tissues around the pelvis. For those who have low back, SI joint, or hip limitations, improving the motion of the pelvis can be very helpful.
If the lower back area is an point of weakness for you, just make sure to work in smaller ranges of motion, lower your internal tension, and even reduce the amount of reps we do for each exercise. Also, make sure to only work in pain-free ranges of motion.
