A mobility routine you can do from a seated position
Equipment Needed: Just your chair.
This is a great class for those who might struggle getting down on the floor, standing up is too fatiguing, or you’re just sitting at your desk or on the couch and you want to do some mobility.
The nature of this class makes it low intensity work, but as always, you have the freedom to make it as easy or as hard as you want by increasing or decreasing your internal tension and overall effort.
