A warm up class you can take before going on a flight!
No equipment needed
This is a class you can take at the airport before your flight to help butter you up before having to sit for long periods of time. We work through several different movements, with a bigger emphasis the hips and spine.
You can also treat this class as a standalone option for those days you're limited on time and want to get a quick butter sesh.
We go at a slightly quicker tempo, but if you need to pause the video and go at your own pace, that’s totally okay.
Since this is a warm up class, you can work at lower intensities, unless of course you want to make it a little more challenging, then you can increase the intensity if desired.
