New Classes For September
Here are the new additions for September: Hip Flexion, Advanced Lower Back Circuit (1 round), Advanced Lower Back Circuit (2 rounds), and new programs.
These are the new programs: Shoulder/Scapula/Neck/Spine intermediate SHORT 5x a week, Advanced Lower Body + Spine 4x, and Advanced Hip, Lower Back, and Knee SHORT 3x.

Short Class 183: Hip Flexion
This is a single joint focus class for Hip Flexion
No equipment needed, but some optional pieces of equipment that could be helpful for some people: cushioned pad (for under the knee), and sticks for balance.

Short Class 184: Advanced Lower back Circuit (1 round)
This is an advanced lower back circuit
Equipment Needed: A stick. Optional equipment: weight belt, ankle weights, dumbbells, kettlebell.
