New Classes For June
Here are the new additions for June: Full Body Circuit, Ankle Eversion, Shoulder IR Variations, and new programs.
These are the new programs: Lower Back, Hip, and Knee Beginner SHORT 3x a week and 4x a week, Lower Back, Hip, and Knee Intermediate SHORT 3x a week and 4x a week, Lower Back, Hip, and Knee Advanced 3x a week and 4x a week.

Short Class 138: Full Body Circuit
This is a 20min Full Body circuit. We'll target your full body from your neck down to your ankles.
No equipment needed.
I know people have busy schedules and sometimes they just need a quick full body butter session, so this is a great class to target in those times!
