Alternative bases for Shoulder Flexion PAILs/RAILs
This is an educational class that will breakdown some different Shoulder Flexion PAILs/RAILs bases.
In most Kinstretch classes, we utilize the prone base, but we can train flexion in a variety of bases. In this video I offer a few new bases that you can try in addition to prone.
Everyone has different limitations, so a base that feels good for one person might not feel great for someone else. I hope this video helps offer you some variety so you can find a base that feels good for you. And remember - always give yourself some freedom to play around with each base to find a position that works best for your body specifically. You can play around with slightly different angles and positions to find what works for you. Every base has a general starting point, but it’s not meant to be strict or done just one exact way, play around with the bases and see what works best for you!
I hope this educational video was helpful!
