This is an educational class that will breakdown some alternative bases for Hip Flexion PAILs/RAILs.
Everyone has different limitations, so a base that feels good for one person might not feel great for someone else. I hope this video helps offer you some variety so you can find a base that feels good for you. And remember - always give yourself some freedom to play around with each base to find a position that works best for your body specifically. You can play around with slightly different angles and positions to find what works for you. Every base has a general starting point, but it’s not meant to be strict or done just one exact way, play around with the bases and see what works best for you!

Short Class 168: Hip Abduction

Abduction is one of my favorite bases to PAILs/RAILs because your hips feel so open and free afterwards (but also tender). The modified cossack base is a spicy one!
