In this class we will warm up your joints with CARs and different movements that are specific to running and hiking, to get you prepared for the demands of those workouts. This routine can be done before cycling and walking as well.
You can also treat this class as a standalone option for those days you're limited on time and want to get a quick butter sesh for the lower body.
