A Hip and Spine Circuit đ§
No Equipment Needed: We can use certain equipment to advance movements (like blocks, stability balls, weights), but thatâs always optional. You can also use blocks to regress certain movements if needed.
This will be an up-tempo class where we work multiple different movements, altering between hip and spine specific drills.
Some of the movements can be progressed by adding weight or props, but make sure youâve developed the capacity first before doing that. Once you feel ready to start adding weight - start off on the lighter side and slowly build up over time.
As always, listen to your body and go at your own pace. If youâre feeling rushed and need to slow down, thatâs okay. You can always pause the video and take your time.
I hope you feel extra buttery after this one!
