New Classes For October
Here are the new additions for October: Hip Circuit Side-Lying Base (1 round), Hip Circuit Side-Lying Base (2 rounds), Hip Circuit Char Base (1 round), and new programs.
These are the new programs: Beginner Hip 1x a week, Beginner Shoulder 1x a week, Beginner Spine 1x a week.

This is a hip circuit where all movements are done from the side-lying base
No equipment needed.
