New Classes For October

Here are the new additions for October: Hip Circuit Side-Lying Base (1 round), Hip Circuit Side-Lying Base (2 rounds), Hip Circuit Char Base (1 round), and new programs.

These are the new programs: Beginner Hip 1x a week, Beginner Shoulder 1x a week, Beginner Spine 1x a week.

    This is a hip circuit where all movements are done from the side-lying base

    No equipment needed.

    In this class we’ll flow through several different hip movements all within the side-lying base. If the pace of the class feels too fast, feel free to pause the video and go at your own pace.
