New Classes For November
Here are the new additions for November: Hip Circuit Char Base (2 rounds), Shoulder & Scapula Circuit (1 round), Shoulder & Scapula Circuit (2 rounds), and new programs.
These are the new programs: 1x a week Intermediate Hip Program (40-75min classes), 1x a week Beginner Elbow Program (15-30min classes), 1x a week Beginner Wrist Program (20-45min classes)

Short Class 189: Hip Circuit Chair Base (2 rounds)
This is a hip circuit where all movements are done from a seated position on a chair
Equipment Needed: Just a chair to sit on
