Here are the new additions for July: Scapula Protraction Variations, Scapula Retraction Variations, Hip Adduction Variations, and new programs.

These are the new programs: Beginner (20-45min) Shoulder/Scapula/Elbow/Wrist 3x a week, Beginner (20-45min) Shoulder/Scapula/Elbow/Wrist 4x a week, Beginner (20-45min) Full Body 6x a week.
