These are the new programs: Hip and Ankle Beginner 2x week, Knee and Ankle Beginner 3x a week, Hip and Shoulder Intermediate 2x week, Hip and Ankle Intermediate 2x week, Lower Body + Spine Intermediate SHORT 3x a week.
