Here are the new classes for February: Front and Middle Splits Combo (advanced), Hip and Lower Back Circuit (intermediate +), and Spinal Segmentation Variations (educational)

    In this class we’ll target both the front and middle splits.

    Equipment Needed: Yoga blocks, tennis ball (optional), and some type of anchor to place in front of your feet for your middle splits (I’ll be using kettlebells).
