Here are the new additions for February: Hip Extension (Advanced), Seated Upper Body Mobility, Hip Abduction Variations, and new programs.
These are the new programs: Hip and Knee Intermediate 3x a week, and Hip and Ankle Intermediate 3x a week, Hip/Shoulder/Spine/Scapula 15-30min classes Intermediate 5x a week, Hip/Shoulder/Spine/Scapula 15-30min classes advanced 5x a week.
