Alternative bases for Shoulder IR PAILs/RAILs!
This is an educational video that will breakdown some different Shoulder IR PAILs/RAILs bases. The most common Shoulder IR base is the sleeper stretch, but for some people that amount of load on top of their shoulder might not feel comfortable, or they have a history of limitation/weakness in this area and need a more accommodating base.
In this video I offer a modification we can make to sleeper base and then I show you a few completely different bases as well.
