This class will feature Shoulder Internal Rotation, External Rotation, Flexion, and Extension.
Equipment: Yoga Blocks, Chair or bench, A stick, Light dumbbell optional.
This video will feature two previously recorded classes that are edited together — a combination of two classes.
This is an intermediate to advanced class — I would recommend at least 3-4 months of Kinstretch experience before doing this class.
This class is great for anyone looking to advance their shoulder work, and this is our first class that targets 4 different PAILs/RAILs bases just for the shoulder.
