Short Class 38: Advanced Lower Body Circuit

This is an advanced lower body circuit for the hips, knees, and ankles
Equipment Needed: Yoga Blocks and weights (ankle weight/kettlebell) are optional.
This will be an uptempo class that flows through different movements. These movements can be tough, and you can choose to make them even more advanced by adding weight in certain drills like I show in the class - this will place an even greater amount of stress on the specific lines of tissue we’re working on. If you choose to add weight, start off on the lighter side and then over time you can progressively overload and add more weight. Gradually building up is always key.
As always, listen to your body and go at your own pace, and never work in any range of motion that creates pain.
This one is challenging and had me sweating.
