This class will focus on Hip Abduction and Adduction

Equipment Needed: Yoga Blocks and a wall to rest your back against.

This video will feature two previously recorded classes that are edited together — a combination of two classes.

We’ll work Hip Abduction in the butterfly base and hip abduction in a supine base (lying on your back).
