This is an advanced shoulder class for IR, ER, and Flexion
Equipment Needed: Yoga Blocks. Weights are optional.
This class is great for anyone looking to advance their shoulder work, and this is our first class that targets 3 different PAILs/RAILs bases just for the shoulder.
We’ll do 3 rounds of PAILs/RAILs, and at times we use weight for certain drills, but always listen to your body and go at your own pace. While this is labeled an advanced class, you can also regress the session by doing less rounds of PAILs/RAILs, or limiting the intensity during the class, and opting out of using the weights when the time comes.
If this is a big priority area for you it would be great to target this class 1-2x a week.
