This is a Shoulder & Scapula circuit

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells (optional)

This is the same exact class as Short Class 190, but we do 2 rounds in this class compared to 1 round in that class.

This is a circuit class where we’ll go through several movements one by one. If you need to, feel free to pause the video at times and go at your own pace. This can be a challenging class so it’s totally okay to take some more time in-between movements if needed.
